CUSTOMERAIDE® membership starts as soon as you have purchased a membership subscription. You will be issued with a username and password which is confidential, for your exclusive use and which should not be shared with anybody else. You can access and amend all your CUSTOMERAIDE® membership subscription details in your My Account page.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
Yes you can cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting your My Account page. This will cancel the next recurring payment, at which time your membership will cease to be active. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information about our cancellation policy.
CAN I RE-JOIN AT ANY TIME?
