- Your membership is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may use CUSTOMERAIDE® for your personal non-commercial use.
- CUSTOMERAIDE® will restrict access to parts (or all) of our website and reserve full rights to do so.
- The format in which you provide your name in your registration details is the way that you will subsequently be addressed.
- You will be provided with a username and password for you to access restricted areas of our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that both your username and password are kept confidential. You are liable for your use and any unauthorised use of your membership login details.
- CUSTOMERAIDE® membership and website access is automatically renewed on a monthly basis, so long as your subscription payments are up to date. You can cancel your membership and subscription payments at any time by visiting your MY ACCOUNT page.
- We offer a 14 day money back guarantee – this means you will receive a full refund of your first payment, should you change your mind within the first 14 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period following purchase.
- CUSTOMERAIDE® membership fees are subject to review and CUSTOMERAIDE® may decide to increase membership fees at any time. If this happens all members will be made aware of this change with three months advance notice.

- Your CUSTOMERAIDE® membership may be a Team Membership set up for you by a Member Manager in your organisation. Team memberships may be cancelled at any time by your Member Manager.
- All CUSTOMERAIDE® terms and conditions apply to all memberships: single memberships, team memberships and help on demand members.
HELP ON DEMAND HOURS
- You need to be a member of CUSTOMERAIDE® to secure the services of a CUSTOMERAIDE® Strategy and/ or Customer Management Expert. Please refer to Payments and Cancellations for more information relating to Help on Demand Hours terms and conditions.
- CUSTOMERAIDE® will respond within 24 hours to your request and undertakes to complete the CUSTOMERAIDE® Help on Demand Online Meeting within one week, based on your calendar availability.
- CUSTOMERAIDE® will automatically send a Non Disclosure Agreement for signature upon confirmation of a Help on Demand hour meeting. This guarantees that your proprietary ( and any other ) ideas and information remain confidential.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
- Payment may be made online by credit or debit card or Paypal in our secure payment gateway. All major credit and debit cards are accepted and a receipt will be sent by e-mail confirming the payment.
- CUSTOMERAIDE® will only confirm your membership and subscription once payment has been authorised. On completing the process you will receive an e-mail to confirm that payment has been successful and confirm your CUSTOMERAIDE® membership.

- To secure the services of a CUSTOMERAIDE® Strategy and/ or Customer Management Expert a minimum of one hour’s time should be paid for in advance. CUSTOMERAIDE® will provide the best expert to talk to, based on the Business Challenge description provided.
- CUSTOMERAIDE® will respond within 24 hours to your request and undertakes to complete the CUSTOMERAIDE® Help on Demand Online Meeting within one week, based on your calendar availability.
- You may reschedule a pre-booked Help on Demand Online Meeting at any time, provided 48 hours written prior notice is given.
- You may cancel a pre-booked Help on Demand Online Meeting and receive a full refund, provided 48 hours written prior notice has been provided.
- Refunds will not be paid for missed Help on Demand Online Meetings or meetings cancelled with less than 48 hours written prior notice.
- In the unlikely event of a CUSTOMERAIDE® Strategy and/ or Customer Management Expert not being able to attend a planned Help on Demand Online Meeting and/or which has not been rescheduled with 48 hours advance notice given to you, you will receive a full refund.
- Payments are fixed per hour contracts based on the published per hour rate. You agree to pay based on time spent, not the real or perceived quality of any deliverables provided.
